At 18 Degrees, we cultivate teams and leaders to embrace the principles of diversity, equity and inclusiveness to support the needs of our community. 18 Degrees’ Pittsfield Community Connection program’s purpose is to support community, regional and multi-disciplinary approaches to combat gang activity, trauma, and violence through coordinated programs for prevention/ intervention with at-risk or proven risk youth and young adults. Combines public health and public safety approaches for eliminating youth violence. Provide administrative oversight of Outreach & Support Case Management functions in the areas of Workforce readiness, education and behavioral health services. Working with Program Partners that may include community, municipal, county, state, federal, non-profit, for-profit or private sector organizations, and licensed mental health clinics. Budget and data reporting skills needed. B.A. in human services or equivalent experience; Supervisory and program leadership required. Competitive salary and benefits. Covid vaccination required.
